Workshop boosts writing skills

The Voice Rehabilitation General Work (VRGW), in partnership with the Nkgo ya Lethabo Writers Forum (NLWF) and the Lejweleputswa Arts and Culture Centre, hosted a creative writing workshop for seasoned, emerging and aspiring writers on 7 October.


The Voice Rehabilitation General Work (VRGW), in partnership with the Nkgo ya Lethabo Writers Forum (NLWF) and the Lejweleputswa Arts and Culture Centre, hosted a creative writing workshop for seasoned, emerging and aspiring writers on 7 October.

This was held at the Lejweleputswa Arts and Culture Center, and was attended by writers from various writer forums and schools, as well as individual published and unpublished authors.

The workshop was facilitated by published authors Lerato Kabelisha and Zizipho Nyulu of VRGW and the Free Station Writers Forum.

Arts promoter and playwright Saduma Miya, chairperson of the NLWF, encouraged all writers to keep writing and to attend this kind of training workshops as part of developing, exposing and marketing their work.
