The church and her message have gone through different transformation processes over the centuries.

You may be aware of the Protestant, Pentecostal, Charismatic and Kingdom Now movements. These are just a few to mention, and there are many others.

Then there were also the movements to restore the five-fold ministries, especially with a view to the apostolic and prophetic ministries.

To some extent, these movements pitched their tents around what they believed in, and what was important to them at that moment.

Movements will stand by what they believe and often believe their view is the only true one and will develop an arrogance and superior attitude that sees other views as inferior and unimportant.

The sad fact is that every movement becomes stuck in what they feel God has revealed to them and falls into stagnation.

Because they believe they alone are right, what God wants to do now, goes unnoticed.

We believe the moment has arrived for a new dispensation in which Jesus Christ again becomes the focus of our faith.

That the church will again proclaim the “in Christ” message.

Where our focus will be to guide each person to a love relationship with Christ, and not with a church, a dogma, or a person. That the gospel we manifest will be focused on Jesus Christ and Him alone.

In Galatians 2:20 we read: “My old identity has been co-crucified with the Messiah and no longer lives; for the nails of his cross crucified me with him. And now the essence of this new life is no longer mine, for the Anointed One lives his life through me – we live in union as one! My new life is empowered by the faith of the Son of God who loves me so much that he gave himself for me and dispenses his life into mine.” (TPT)

We believe that we have already come to the realisation that a church, dogma or a denomination cannot change lives, but only the one who lives in us. The time has come for our world to see and experience Christ in every Christian. The only way we will be able to do this is when we allow Christ to live through us.

Paul says we no longer belong to ourselves, but to him, Christ, therefore we have the responsibility to let him live as us on this earth.

Christ Jesus through us does not want to change the world, politics, government, or worldly systems, but the people of this world for whom he gave his life.

Paul declares that the life I live in this body I live by faith of the Son of God. Through the faith of Christ that is in us all things are possible. Fansie Botes, Deo Doxa Dagbreek
