Three men were arrested for possession of suspected stolen property.
On Wednesday (05/07) members of the K9 Unit received information about suspects who were selling a trailer at a business in Welkom.
After the business was searched, a Karet trailer was found with GP registration, investigations revealed that it was stolen in Mayville in May.
The police waited for the suspects who sold the trailer to collect payment and two males suspects were identified and arrested. The third suspect was arrested at his residence. He claimed that he bought the trailer in Durban. The three suspects aged 28, 30 and 31 years old were arrested for possession of suspected stolen property.
