On 16 August the Matjhabeng Senior Citizens took part in an aerobics challenge in the Ventersburg hall.
Clubs from Thabong, Hani Park, Virginia, Meloding and Ventersburg participated.
It was an interesting aerobics challenge and the Matjhabeng Senior Citizens committee is encouraging all older persons to join clubs in their areas.
