Ahmmad Mohammed was one of two 2023 matric candidates at the Welkom-Gimnasium to achieve seven distinctions. His aggregate is 85,71%. In total nine matrics at the school attained an A aggregate. They are Luané Pienaar, Khanya Hlabahlaba, Uthmaan Kajee, Benicio Pot-gieter, Mariam Mamuji, Khanyisile Mathetha, Mohammed, Miguel Sardinha, and Henzo Serfontein.The school boasts with 162 subject distinctions from 91 candidates.
