Joy Makhathe, a community worker in ward 27, brought health services to the community of Pabalong by facilitating a mobile clinic visit to the area. “Often people do not have money to fetch their grants in Welkom, or they are confined to their beds. The departments that were present during this community drive were the Department of Health and Sassa,” says Makhathe.
