Free State Provincial Government (FSPG) in collaboration with the Lejweleputswa District Municipality launched the Provincial Disability Rights Awareness Month on Thursday (04/11) at the Toronto Hall, Welkom.
Annually South Africa celebrates National Disability Rights Awareness from 3 November to 3 December.
The FSPG and the Lejweleputswa District Municipality will commemorate the programme under the theme, “Empowering Persons with Disabilities Through Resourceful, Sustainable and Safe Environments.”
