1. According to our records since from January 2021 until the 28 September 2021, one case of theft of copper cable was reported stolen at Amari school. This is the crime reported thus far.
2. Regarding the placement of squatter camp, the municipality can give a comment.
3. As Police officers it’s our Mandate to attend to complaints and if there is an allegation levelled against us, we conduct an internal investigation that must be reported to the Acting Station Commander of Welkom, Colonel Beulah Siyaya @ 082 380 3338 so that an officer can be appointed to investigate.
4. When a crime has been committed against anyone including the Amari school, a case must be reported to Welkom Police Station, so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
