The Welkom police are investigating the rape of a 25-year-old woman after she was overpowered and forced into the underground parking of a mall in the central business district (CBD) on 5 August.
The suspect could be 1,7 m tall, is light in complexion, and has a tuft of hair in the middle of his head. He wore a blue jacket, white shirt and black skinny jeans.
