In celebration of Mustang’s 60th anniversary, as well as the Dodge and Chrysler companies’ respective 110th and 99th anniversary, owners of these graceful oldies will have cars on display at the Welkom Classic Car and Bike Show.
Lovers of vintage cars will be able to walk between the rows of these classic vehicles, and appreciate their beauty.
All variations of classic cars, bikes, and gliders will be on display at the show, which will be held at the Riebeeckstad High School on Saturday, 3 August.
The show starts at 09:00.
There is an exciting programme planned for the day, which includes a magician for young and old and also the famous stilt walkers.
There will be flea market stalls, and a recently restored project car will be unveiled.
All cars older than 25 years are welcome to be displayed.
Exhibitors enter for free, two persons per vehicle.
Spectators pay R30 per adult and R10 for children.
Some of the oldies on display will include a 1968 Renault R8, 1972 Mazda 1300, a 1980’s Citroën 2CV, a 1936 Austin Ascot 12/6, and a 1958 Lloyd Alexander.
