Five men suspected of having committed murder have been apprehended in Thabong.
On 26 April, Welkom Public Order Police (POP) members received information on the whereabouts of two suspected murderers.
“The information was operationalised, and the alleged suspects were traced to a house in Bronville.

“The information was operationalised, and the alleged suspects were traced to a house in Bronville.
“Two male suspects aged 23 were arrested for murder,” stated Sgt Palesa Thabana of corporate communication and liaison in Lejweleputswa.
In a separate incident on Sunday, 27 April, members were busy with their crime combating duties when they received and traced information on the whereabouts of three murder suspects.
They were led to a house in Thabong, where the three suspects, aged between 19 and 34, were subsequently arrested for murder.
