A newborn baby with the umbilical cord still attached was found abandoned in Kutloanong.
Odendaalsrus police are looking for the mother of a newborn baby girl found abandoned and covered with a dirty blanket on Friday, 29 September, outside a house in K10 section, Kutloanong.
She was taken to one of the hospitals in Matjhabeng for medical treatment. A case of child neglect, attempted murder, and failure to report birth was registered.
