The police in Welkom are looking for the mother of an abandoned newborn baby boy, who was found in Dagbreek on Sunday, 18 August.
The baby was found without clothing, at about 07:45, at a block of flats. A case of attempted murder is being investigated.
Anyone with information that can lead to the tracing of the baby’s mother, is asked to contact 078-095-7328.
