Maphello Merriam Shai (62) went missing in Thabong on Sunday (10/04).
Shai was last seen on Friday (08/04) by her daughter when she left home at around 10:00. She did not tell anyone where she was going.
At around 23:00 when she had still not returned her family became concerned and started looking for her.
On Saturday (09/04) they continued the search, but still could not trace her.
Preliminary police investigations show that she was seen at Boitumelo Mall Junction on Friday. Friends say she left them there at about 16:00.
Maphello is light in complexion, well built, 1.6 m with short hair. She speaks Sotho.
She was last seen wearing a blue traditional skirt, blue doek, a red turtle neck top, a black leather jacket and black shoes.
