Two local models, Pontsho Masita and Boitumelo Goniwe, will be attending this year’s Miss South Africa pageant as part of their prizes for winning a local regional pageant.
Masita is from Thabong,Welkom, matriculated at Unitas Secondary School, in 2023.
She won Miss Goldfields Supermodel 2024.
Goniwe is from Extension 5 in Virginia and is currently in matric at Hentie Cillliers High School. She won Miss Supermodel 2023.
Their attendance to this year’s Miss South Africa pageant will form part of developing them into professional models and preparing them to enter the Miss South Africa pageant in the near future.
The Miss Goldfields Supermodel Pageant is a local regional pageant organised by an internationally award nominated agency, BellaDiosa which was founded in Welkom and now ope-rates across South Africa.
The agency is owned by Welkom’s own celebrity DJ, entertainment personality and businessman, Dj Taaibos.
And organisers of this pageant believes that local models have great talent and potential to win Miss SA in the near future if they are being developed and managed right as professional models.
