May the God of hope fill you with joy, peace

As God’s flock, we receive pasture. This means that we are under his care. In Isaiah God assures his people that his love for them is deeper than that of a nursing mother for her child.

Psalm 95:6-7 says: “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care”.

We have a loving father who knows what we are going through. As dire as the situation may seem, we need to always stay positive and speak life over seemingly dead situations. Rising up and starting to renovate your house is speaking life. Praise God for this season, for there is road constructions all around the country. In the periphery of Virginia there is so much construction that gives hope.

Some houses are demolished, and new ones built in the same place. Let us take this as a prophetic word. It is a time of rebuilding our lives. Take down any bad habit and replace it with a new fruitful characteristic.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit” (Romans 15:13)
