Altogether 14 matrics of the St Andrew’s School wrote the Independent Examniation Board Matric exams and obtained a 100% pass rate.
Of these nine achieved Bachelor passes and five got diploma passes.
They bagged 11 distinctiones between them.
These are Dan Muteba (Life Orientation 80% and Mathematics 82%), Refiloe Ramathe (Mathematical Literacy 80%), Karabelo Taole (Life Orientation 80%).
The school’s best achiever is Leah Chu, who obtained seven distinctions.
She got these for Business Studies (90%), English Home Language (85%), Life Orientation (82%), Life Sciences (93%), Mathematics (86%), Physical Sciences (86%) and Visual Arts (86%).
Leah also came in the top 1% of Life Sciences IEB exam in the country.
