Sensei Joe Gladstone Ralejoe from the Ring Contact Fighting Arts (RCFA) – Bhubezi Fight Club attended the 2022 Black Belt Grading held at the the ChaZen nature reserve, Parys, in preparation for his 3rd degree black belt grading in 2023.
This year’s grading saw more than 40 instructors grading for various black belt degrees in the RCFA style.
Ring Contact Fighting Art RCFA is a unique martial art that is proudly South African, founded in 1984 by Master Joe Viljoen.
“Our style is based on five different principles and techniques: boxing, judo, karate, wrestling and ballet.
The Bhubezi Fight Club will open on 17 January 2023. Ralejoe says the classes are open from to those aged seven years and older, upeards and his classes offer close combat training, kickboxing and self defense training.
“Self defense training is physical activity that builds body strength. Children who feel strong physically generally feel strong mentally as well. They take pride in their physical health, which This sets the stage for a more active, healthy lifestyle and is also a great tool that can assist with eliminate eliminating bullying as it boosts their self esteem and increases their self confidence,” says Ralejoe.
