The Welkom Public Order Policing Unit arrested an 18-year-old foreign national for dealing in dagga.
They found small packets of dagga with an estimated street value of R800, and cash.
The man had no valid documentation with him and has also been charged with being in contravention of the Immigration Act.
The young man was arrested on Sunday (14/08) in Phokeng, Thabong.
