Ziyaduma Arts Promotions invites cultural groups and interested individuals to the Break the Silence Arts Festival for drama, poetry, drama, dance, music, crafts, and a books display.
The festival will be held at the Lejweleputswa Arts and Culture Center, behind the Thabong Community Centre, on 3 December from 10:00.
- The admission will be R30 for adults and R10 for children.
Each performer or member of any participating group is requested to contribute R5.
The event will also serve as an awareness campaign for of the 16 days of activism against violence on women and children.
The funds raised will be used towards the Ziyaduma Arts Promotions’ drama and poetry students and their parents, including their supporters’ year-end function to be held on 10 December.
Some of the artists that will be taking part include DJ Cel, Tiny Vintage, Art Heart, Dance Terio and Ziyaduma`s drama and poetry students.
Other cultural groups interested in participating taking part in the festival are welcome.
