Ziyaduma Arts Promotions and Khanyisa Community Development invite leaners to the December School Holiday Programme to be held at the Lejweleputswa Arts And Culture Centre, behind the Thabong Community Centre.
Ziyaduma trains children and youths in drama, poetry and creative writing. The programme will also include an educational tour to the Ernest Oppenheimer Theatre and a concert.
Khanyisa Community Development offers a literature project, and its activities include: reading, writing and spelling for Gr.2 to Gr. 5 (Sotho and English).
“There will be a need to establish writing and reading clubs from this programme going forward,” says Saduma Miya, playwright and drama tutor.
