The Central University of Technology (CUT), Free State, and the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a framework for co-operation, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of joint activities.
The collaboration will effect projects to empower students and staff on human rights issues and develop an appreciation for these issues.
The development of messaging and tools for advocacy, such as participation in dialogues, seminars, lectures and publications, will form a critical part of the endeavours.
