The Welkom police urgently need information to help trace Thabo Reginald “Zakes” Molelle (40), who went missing on 30 June.
He was last seen at his home in Mercutio Street, Bedelia, Welkom.
According to Nonky Molelle, his wife, she went to her parents in Wesselsbron for a weekend, and left her husband at home.
When she returned, her husband was not home. She thought he would come back but he never did. She then informed her father-in-law.
The matter was reported to the Welkom police and a missing person’s case was registered for further investigation.
Molelle is tall, dark in complexion, slender, and has short black hair. It is not known what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
“The police found letters, and these will be kept as exhibits,” says Capt. Stephen Thakeng, media liaison officer for the Lejweleputswa police.
