A young man who has his roots in Welkom and Virginia has, for the second year running, been recognised as South Africa’s best lawyer in occupational health and safety (OHS) law.

George Kahn’s recognition stems from his work in the silicosis class action settlement, and his work with assisting workers with the Rand Mutual Association (RMA) and Workman’s Compensation Act claims, as well as the latest class action for coal workers’ pneumoconiosis.
