The water levels of storage dams in the Free State reflect a combined volume of 105,4%.
The country is experiencing heavy rainfall, resulting in flooding in some areas.
According to the Department of Water and Sanitation the levels of two of the major dams in Lejweleputswa exceed 100%.
The level of the Bloemhof Dam is at 108% and that of the Allemanskraal Dam is at 98,8%, while the level of the Erfenis Dam is showing a slight increase at 111% since 9 April.
