Officials are looking for the relatives of a deceased Ventersburg farm worker known as Tholani.
On 8 July the Ventersburg police were informed about an unknown man who was working at the Wonderhauwel farm in Ventersburg.
According to farm owner Frans Erasmus and other farm workers, Tholani had been sick for a long time. He was apparently found dead in his room.
It is still unclear where Tholani resided before he began working on the farm. He is estimated to be between 40 to 50 years old, 1,65 m tall, and dark in complexion. He worked at the farm for the past five years.
The deceased is kept by the Welkom Forensic Pathology Services and no one has come forward to claim the body yet.
