The purpose of Beauty Beyond Scars is to uplift the confidence of young people and to also give back to the community.
The founder of the agency, Manaha Heilah Selebalo (29). She is the proud title holder of Miss MBB Reitzpark 2014, Miss Goldfields finalist 2018, Miss Tutu Queen Freestate SA winner 2019, Miss Welkom Senior 2019 and Miss Golden SA 2020.
She says nowadays young people are dealing with mental health issues, disfunctional family dynamics, unemployment, peer pressure and many more.
“I came up with this agency and project #Rising up black child to make a change in our communities.
