The family members of a deceased patient, Simon Mokoena, urgently need to be traced.
Mokoena died in December 2021 at the Katleho District Hospital in Virginia.
“Various attempts to locate his relatives have drawn a blank,” says Mpotseng Mathapelo, community development officer at the hospital.
Mokoena was born on 30 June 1974. He was admitted to the hospital on 30 December 2021 and died the next day.
The deceased is about 1,7 m tall and dark in complexion. He has a moustache and sideburns.
Upon his admission to the hospital he was wearing black trousers, a blue T-shirt, blue tracksuit top and a blue cap, all of which were embossed with BMW logos.
The deceased is also known as Legogoa in Virginia and Meloding.
Mokoena is said to originate from the areas of Quthing, Botha-Bothe and Maseru in Lesotho.
