Kingdom Academy introduced its new high school building in Welkom on 26 April.
This prestigious function was attended by top dignitaries, including the executive mayor of Matjhabeng, Thanduxolo Khalipha.
Kingdom Academy, an independent Christian school, was established in Welkom in 1998.
It has a proud history of excellence in primary and pre-primary school education.
This school was initiated under the guidance of Kingdom Ministries of Christ, and under the leadership of Past. Eddy O’Neill and his wife, Yvonne.
Their son, Paul, and his wife, Kiara, have now taken over the reigns.
Together with their management team and staff, they are excited about future plans for the expansion of the school.
“After 24 years of influencing children through the pre-primary and primary school, we are now ready to make an impact on high school learners with the first phase of our building project,” he says.
“Our new high school, which will be able to accommodate 250 learners, will focus specifically on leadership development and entrepreneurship.”
