The event Youth Power in Concert is the third to be held this year, after the recent two of Ziyaduma Arts Promotions 2024 charity concerts.
“The tour started on 6 April and will end in September,” says Saduma Miya, arts promoter and playwright.
“The aim is to encourage, motivate and mobilise youth involved in the arts to be actively involved in community development, to revive community theatre and to take entertainment to the people.
“I want to spread the group’s wings by establishing cultural groups, and by so doing identify talent and develop and promote budding artists in different towns and wards in Matjhabeng.
“The event will also serve as a build-up to Youth Month celebrations,” says Miya.
