The Siyadlala Driving Taxi Games was held at the Welkom Showgrounds on 29 September. Three prominent teams from Putswastene, Virginia and Majakathata took part, with Majakathata emerging as the victor.
The latter grabbed the R10 000 first prize, while Virginia walked away with the second prize of R3 000. The best driver award went to Siphelele JoJo, who won R1 000.
