Fun was had by participants in the annual three-hour Worldwide Aquathon event, hosted by instructor Julie Hundermark at her swimming school in Welkom. Hundermark says the aim of the event is to raise awareness of the benefits of water aerobics, such as being easy on the joints, and a fun workout in a cool environment.
