On 10 June Huis Agna (Unitas Hostel) hosted a boys’ talk event where boys received life skills education, health talk and motivation from stakeholders’ representatives such as the South African National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (Sanca), the Department of Health, Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Institute (Wits RHI), Right to Care and Legal Aid. “Our aim with this event was to motivate the boys, as they are from underdeveloped farms,” said Katlego Shuping, change agent at the hostel.
