As part of preparing for the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children, Ziyaduma Arts Promotions’ drama students are rehearsing “Breaking the Silence”, written and directed by Saduma Miya.
Ziyaduma has partnered with community organisations such as the Free State Office of the Premier, Khanyisa Community Development, Khothalang Mental Health, Jostavandra Pinto’s African Gallery and the Lejweleputswa Arts and Culture Centre in Thabong.
The play will be performed on 29 November at 14:00 at the Lesedi La Khanya Day-Care Centre, in Ext 15, Hani Park; as well as at 10:00 on 1 December at the Lejweleputswa Arts and Culture Centre.
