The weekly parkrun takes place at 08:00 at the St Dominic’s College sports field at 85 Jan Hofmeyr Road. Walk, jog, run or volunteer. Access via the Volks Road entrance.

EVERY SUNDAY

Rovers Rugby Club AGM at the clubhouse, starts at 18:00. The agenda includes the election of governing body/committee for 2026. The financial and chairman’s reports will also be tabled. All members are welcome, but only players who are registered in 2025 can vote. There will be a braai and social after the meeting.

21 NOVEMBER

Welkom Gimnasium Golf Day at the Oppenheimer Golf Club. Join us for a full day of fun, competition, and camaraderie. R2 000 entry includes: 4 Ball, Full American Scramble, a meal, a goody bag. For bookings contact 082 491 1892.

Anglo Gold Ashanti pension and medical aid meetings will be held at the St Luke’s Methodist Church . The English meeting will take place between 10:00 and 11:00 and the Afrikaans meeting between 12:00 and 13:00.

Die Anglo Gold Ashanti vergadering by Huis Ougoud (10:00 – 12:00) en die Welkom Retrirement Village (13:00 – 15:00). Albei vergaderings sal in Engels en Afrikaans gehou word.
