A total of 14 Harmony Striders completed the ANCO Marathon that took place through the streets of Welkom on Saturday (11/03).
The event was divided into three distances: 16 km, 32 km and 48 km.
Eight of the runners, namely Estelle Henrico, Antonette Bothma, Luzanne Venter, Sheriah Rose, Anchen Jacobs, Isaac Mokhati, Lorraine Molotto and Riaan van Wyk, completed the 16 km race.
The 32 km race was completed by Daniel Pienaar, Maryle van Wyk and Matthews Mussimango.
The longest distance, the 48 km, was run by Morné Nel and Erich Cornelissen.
Luzelle Stolt completed the Kosmos 3-in-1 race of 73,3 km, also presented on 11 March, in Secunda.
On 12 March Harmony Striders Deon Lodder, Marius Strydom, André Els, Cornelius Visagie, Riaaz Harris, Eugene Delport, Jason Rothman, Duminque Rothman and Rina Nel took part in the Cape Town Cycle Tour of 109 km.
