Brighter day coming with news of newness

It is good and exciting to wake up to the news of newness.

It is good and exciting to wake up to the news of newness.

The Bible says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:31 NIV).

Stagnation is anti-productive.

For the one who feels trapped, seeing light gives so much hope, even if it is just a thumb size.

We live in a society that feels trapped at times. We face challenges that feel bigger than our capabilities at times.

We look unto the government of the day to implement policies that may rescue and resuscitate us. We are happy to hear of changes that bring hope.

The good news I share today is that, for those who trust in the Lord, their strength is renewed.

No matter what life deals them, they always prosper.

Their breakthrough is not determined by men.

They understand that everything that happens to them is according to God’s will.

The recent election results have brought about hope and despair. For those whose positions appear less favourable, trust God with the new twist.

All things work together for the good when you trust Him.

You are not forsaken because it is not His nature to do so.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy is definitely coming in the morning.

To those taking up new challenges, take inspiration from the Biblical character Nehemiah. He was faced with so much adversity but he did not give up on his building projects.

So, I say to you, “Strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees”, let not your head hang.

Sing, shout and be expectant, there is a brighter day coming.
