Nicky and Eric Barnes are proud to introduce the new André Real Estate.
Nicky started working at André Real Estate as an estate agentin May 2014.
Over the past eight years the property industry has been a wonderful blessing and success, and so it came to be that 2021 was the year that André van Eck decided to retire from the property industry.
Nicky and Eric were offered, and were able to buy, André Real Estate. On 1 September they officially took over the company.
“Our vision for the new André Real Estateis to keep up with honest, reliable and transparent care for all our clients,” says Nicky.
Eric and Nicky believe that a happy and healthy working environment spills over to happy and satisfied clients.
“Visiting our office should leave you with a comforting feeling, knowing that André Real Estate really cares about you.
“We at André Real Estatebelieve fully that we don’t just sell houses built with brick and cement – we sell somebody’s past and memories, and the new purchaser is going to make their own memories in their new home.”
Nicky says working as an agent is like having a love affair with property, and Welkom is the perfect city to do property.
“There are so many amazing people in Welkom and our aim is to give back to our beautiful community,” she says.
On 17 September André Real Estate hosted the Prayer Balloon Day and released 561 balloons with prayers to carry the community through the Covid-19 pandemic into the Welkom skies from Central Park.
Gold FM was there for support, and all donations and collections went towards food parcels.
“We were able to feed 46 families for a month, and the food hampers were collected by various church groups and given to families that had been affected by Covid.
“We are planning more community projects for 2022 and are extremely excited about this, and sure each project will be a success,” says Nicky.
Nicky and Eric, and the staff at André Real Estate, are very optimistic about 2022 and wish all a very blessed year.
