A 22-year-old woman was brutally gang raped inside the bathroom at a birthday party in Thabong on Sunday (04/09).
The rape occurred at about 05:00. The young woman was drinking beer with her friends when a man told her that he loved her and that she must go with him to the bathroom.
He raped her and three other male suspects then took turns in raping her.
“She reported the rape to the Thabong Police Station and a case of rape was registered for further investigation. The police are looking for the four men who perpetrated this crime,” says Capt. Stephen Thakeng, media liasion officer for the Lejweleputswa police.
