At least 21 people, including a 17-year-old minor, were arrested for acts of public violence following protest action in Khotsong, Bothaville.
According to information, the arrested persons were part of a group of disgruntled community members who were marching to the Nala Municipality offices on Wednesday, 19 March.
These suspects are facing various charges, including public violence, obstruction, damage to essential infrastructure, and malicious damage to property. Schools in Khotsong were closed for the day.
